Mrs. Pauline Conner, the wife of deceased Medal of Honor recipient 1st Lt. Garlin M. Conner, speaks about her husband’s service during a range dedication ceremony at Ft. Stewart, Ga. on Dec. 6, 2018. The Conner Small Arms Range Complex was dedicated to 1st Lt. Conner for his service in the 3rd Infantry Division during World War II. Conner is the division’s 56th Medal of Honor recipient.
