CERNAVODA, Romania – Spc. Terrence Fantroy, 723rd Engineer Company (Firefighters), pumps out “reps” during a bench pressing competition Aug. 20 during the Cernavoda City Days festival. Fantroy and other military personnel joined Romanian body builders in a friendly strongman competition. American military personnel are in Romania as a part of Atlantic Resolve, a led effort in Eastern Europe that demonstrates commitment to the collective security of NATO and enduring peace and stability in the region.
