Residency Building and government resthouse at Kuala Lipis on Malaysia's Jungle Railway

Kuala Lipis, former capital of the princely state of Pahang, lies on the Jungle Railway, the railway line serving the East Coast of Malaysia. Officially the East Coast Railway line, it branches off the West Coast Trunk line at Gemas and runs through the rainforest of Peninsular Malaysia to a small town on the East Coast near Kota Bharu, Kelantan.
