A German codpiece, circa 1560/70 One-piece, chased iron codpiece with raised central ridge and slightly flared rim. The top and bottom with two closed fastening holes each. Old copper solder repair, small corrosion holes at the side. Dimensions 14 cm. Rare piece of armour.
