Command Sgt. Maj. David S. Davenport Sr., the Army Training and Doctrine Command senior enlisted leader, presents Sgt. 1st Class JaDrian Whitfield with a certificate of achievement for winning the 2015 Army Training and Doctrine Command Reserve Instructor of the Year competition. Whitfield, a a human intelligence collector instructor assigned 80th Training Command, also accepted an IOY plaque from TRADOC Commander Gen. David Perkins during a ceremony at Fort Eustis, Va.
