Marine Corps Maj. Gen. Joaquin F. Malavet, commanding general of Marine Corps Installations Pacific, visited Marine Corps Air Station Iwakuni, Japan, Dec. 1, 2016. Upon touring the air station, Malavet met with MCIPAC Blue Jacket of the Year Navy Petty Officer 3rd Class Aresmarcleo Creus and Junior Sailor of the Year Petty Officer 3rd Class Eli Arwood, builders with Headquarters and Headquarters Squadron, to congratulate them on their accomplishments.
