Art Hotel Gran Paradiso, Nestled on a hilltop overlooking the Gulf of Naples, this art hotel on the Sorrento Peninsula is km from Museum Correale and 8 km from the Sirenusas archipelago. Featuring local artwork, the bright rooms also come with free Wi-Fi, satellite TV, minibars and room service, plus balconies. Upgraded rooms and suites add sea views, as well as rainfall showerheads. Freebies include a breakfast buffet, an area shuttle and parking. Other amenities include an airy restaurant with a terrace and sea views, an outdoor pool with sunloungers, a poolside bar and live music. Guests age 14 and older are welcome. Hotel is located on a hillside with fantastic views across the bay to Vesuvius and over the rooftops of Sorrento to Capri. We saw some fantastic sunsets over Capri from our terrace. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The free hotel bus was very reliable and ran into Sorrento rail and bus station on an almost hourly basis, starting at 07:45 with the last bus back at 23:00. The hotel is full of modern art works and was kept spotlessly clean by the housekeeping staff. The public areas are very light and spacious and the pool area is large with lovely views out to sea and across the bay to Naples.
