An iconic hat store inside Flinders Street Station remains closed during COVID-19 in Melbourne, Australia. Premier Daniel Andrews announced today that some minor changes will be made to the current Stage 4 Restrictions in Melbourne. As yet, there is no sign of any meaningful change despite numbers of new cases being under 5 for the 14 day rolling average. Zero cases and no deaths were recorded in the past 24 hours in Victoria.
