These moulds are expressly designed to meet the growing demand for strictly first-class, hand carved designs, for during the past few years, the creamery and dairy men, have been much more particular about the appearance of their butter than formerly. The extensive sale and great satisfaction given by the use of the Combination Moulds has earned a reputation second to no others in use. The cut here shown represents Mould No. 6, which holds two lbs., and is divided into eight cakes, y lb- each. The Butter is pressed into the Mould on to the face of the Print with a paddle, which is also used to strike off surplus butter. In filling, the Mould stands upon the butter-worker or table, and the butter is pressed into the Mould with the left hand on top of paddle.
