Members of the Navy and the Polish navy take part in a wreath laying ceremony at a Polish monument. sailors participating in the event are crew members of the guided missile cruiser USS HARRY E. YARNELL (CG-17) and the guided missile frigate USS KAUFFMAN (FFG-59). The vessels are visiting Poland in conjunction with Baltops '90, a NATO exercise in the Baltic Sea, and their port call represents the first visit by Navy vessels since 1927.
