Early in the Fall the animals comedown from the hills and remain inthe valleys during the winter andspring. During this time the travelerwho will run up to Gardiner from Liv-ingston for a day or two will see, onthe flats and hills between Gardinerand Mammoth Hot Springs, manymountain sheep, antelopes, deerand elk. The sheep and ante-lopes are often thus seen in largeone of wahbs friends,
