Autumn colors among the leaves of the trees in front of the Prada tower, Milan, Italy
The Prada Tower was designed by dutch architect Rem Koolhaas with Chris van Dujn and Federico Pompignoli and built by Studio OMA. It is built of glass and reinforced concrete, about 60 meters high with an internal staircase of about 300 steps and a walkable surface of about 20,000 square meters. Was inaugurated in 2018 and in the same year won the Compasso d'Oro award. It is part of a complex of old and new buildings that includes museums and a contemporary art gallery that exhibits works by Jeff Koons, Walter De Maria, Pino Pascali, Damien Hirst, Carsten Hölle; on top is a restaurant. It is located in Largo Isarco 2, Milan (Italy), near the train yard of Porta Romana, on the area of the former distillery Società Italiana Spiriti dating back to 1910.
