Fern Sumpter Winbush, the principal deputy director for the Defense POW/MIA Accounting Agency (DPAA), thanks local landowners for their support during a DPAA recovery mission in England, May 25, 2022. Winbush extended her gratitude to the Robarts family for allowing DPAA personnel to conduct another recovery mission in the United Kingdom.
