Cases ivith Total Destruction of the Sella Case 1.—R. D., male, nineteen years of age. For the last eight yearshad suffered from headache, disturbance of sight, and increasing obesity. On the roentgenogram one could readily see that there had been atotal destruction of the dorsum sellaj and the body of the sphenoid. Theanterior clinoid processes were present only in part. /Wf.
