A view of the bridge over the river Dee at Kirkcudbright. it was built in 1926 by Mouchel engineering replacing an older bridge built in 1868. It is similar in appearance to its predecessor but has 6 spans instead of 5. The ornate lamp columns from the old bridge were retained.
