Jaipur, India. The milkman calls just as he does in England (or anywhere else) to a housewife who is eagerly buying some other goods off him. Caught in the early morning sunshine a boy stands behind the milkman while a man casually strolls by on his way about the day's business. It's a scene that could be depicted in any city in the world but in Jaipur takes on the illusion of grandeur. Known as the Pink City because of the colour of it's stones it is ruled over by the Maharajah of Jaipur and is one of the three cities of India's magic triangle (the others being Delhi and Agra) being the heart of India's tourist business.
