Aberystwyth, Wales, UK. 25th April 2014. A rare British White Bluebell grows amongst thousands of the common blue variety in a clearing created when trees fell during the winter storms in Aberystwyth. The Spanish White Bluebell is quite common and are threatening the future of the British Bluebell as they spread throughout the country. They are distinguishable by their broad leaf compared to the narrow leaf of the British Bluebell and native White Bluebells are particularly rare. Credit: Jon Freeman/Alamy Live News
