The eastern entrance gate (built in 1633) on the side of the Grotestraat near the Vismarkt/Visafslagplaats (the original is in Museum Het Valkhof) (a copy made by Heldring, from a watercolor by Johannes Franciscus Christ from 1830). 2 Dolphins flank a lion with the city coat of arms, underneath a keystone with three fish. The gate was demolished in 1880
