OCEAN (March 29, 2019) Sailors scrub the deck after discharging aqueous film forming foam in the hangar bay aboard the aircraft carrier USS Dwight D. Eisenhower (CVN 69). Ike is underway conducting sea trials during the final portion of a Planned Incremental Availability (PIA) as part of the maintenance phase of the Optimized Fleet Response Plan (OFRP).
