He is laughed at by two figures that stand behind him and wear the torso of an antique image and a sword. There is a caption in Latin and Dutch in the margin. This illustration is made at the first company of the Blijspel "Julfus" (1668), written by Andries Pels. The print is part of a three-part series with scenes from this comment.
