A Air Force pararescueman, assigned to the 52nd Expeditionary Rescue Squadron (ERQS), prepares to land after jumping out of a HH-60G Pave Hawk assigned to the 46th ERQS at an undisclosed location, Oct. 18, 2022. This was the first time the 1st Expeditionary Rescue Group (ERQG) personnel conducted jumps at this location, enabling forces to practice their personnel recovery mission. The 1st ERQG is the sole dedicated Personnel Recovery force in the Central Command area of responsibility.
