Demonstrators hold placards and a banner that says "+900 feminicides under Macron's presidence", during the international women's days demonstration. Thousands of protesters occupied the streets of Paris on International Women's Day, on a route between Place Gambetta and Place Bastille. Violence against women and pay inequality for men were denounced and President Emmanuel Macron was also asked to resign, due to the controversial support given to French actor Gerard Depardieu, accused of sexual harassment.
