Joey Rodriguez, a chemical, biological, radiological and nuclear specialist with Marine Aircraft Group (MAG) 12, describes the proper use of an M50 gas mask during a decontamination drill as part of a Marine Corps Combat Readiness Evaluation (MCCRE) at Marine Corps Air Station Iwakuni, Japan, July 28, 2021. As part of the MCCRE, Marines with MAG-12 and Marine Aviation Logistics Squadron 12 tested the squadrons’ ability to respond and operate in a hazardous environment.
