Andersen Air Force Base, Guam, held a ribbon cutting ceremony on Jan. 20, 2023, to commemorate the turnover of the first group of newly developed duplexes, 38 units out of 186 units, increasing the family housing joint inventory across the island at Andersen AFB. The prime contractor for the project, Black Construction, was the same contractor who built the original family housing at Andersen AFB over 50 years ago.
