Michael Salehi, Navy Information Operations command Hawaii Executive Officer, Chief Cryptologic Technician (Networks) Mitchell Sheppard, and Chief Cryptologic Technician (Collection) Michael Koss present a custom blanket to retired Adm. Ronald J. Hays, a veteran at the VA Center for the Aging. Hays served in the Navy from 1950 to 1988, retiring as the Commander in Chief, Pacific Forces.
