Air Force Tech. Sgt. Keon Miller gets settled in an HH-60G Pave Hawk prior to departure from Clark Air Base, Philippines, April 1, 2019, during Exercise Balikatan. Balikatan is an annual, bilateral military training exercise focused on a variety of missions, including mutual defense, counterterrorism, humanitarian assistance and disaster relief. Miller, a native of Lancaster, California, is a special missions technician with the 33rd Rescue Squadron assigned to Kadena Air Base, Japan.
