Kimball and Henry A. a number of years they occupied a large building owned bythe Lappin estate at the foot of Pease court, and then erectedfor themselves in 1889 at a cost of $20,000, the large four-storybrick building at the foot of Prospect avenue. Another cigar box factory was established by Henry A. Dotya short time afterwards, and was in business for a number ofyears just north of the Thoroughgood factory.
