SOON after his discharge by the Providence com-pany, in iS66, as described in a previous chapter,D. J. Mozart moved to Ann Arbor, Michigan, wherehe proceeded to organize a company known as the MozartWatch Company. The capital stock was two hundredthousand dollars, and the incorporators w^ere W. A. Benedict,Don J. Mozart, C. T. Wilmot, W. W. Wheedon, A. J. Southerland and CharlesTripp. The officers ofthe company were, Tripp; Treasurer,W. W. Wheedon, andSecretary, A. J.
