With today's fashions popularizing three types of fur, all coming from the same source--Karakul sheep --The Department of Agriculture is conducting breeding experiments at the Beltsville, MD., experiment station which may mean that ultimately American farmers can produce the fur for which the American fur trade paid more than $3,000,000 the last three years.
