Atul Chitnis (born 1962), computer consultant and Director of Exocore Consulting based in Bangalore, India. Atul Chitnis was born in Berlin, Germany, and moved to India in 1972. In 1986, he moved to Bangalore to work as a freelance computer programmer and consultant. Between 1989 and 1994, he was involved in developing the first communication software in India and was chief programmer for CyberNet, a communications host system. As Director and senior technology consultant of Exocore Consulting, he specialises in corporate computing strategies, internetworking and data communication. Photographed in 2004.
