Dan Dobbels,15th Wing commander, flew a C-17 together to demonstrate the Navy and Air Force partnership in securing stability in the Indo-Pacific region at Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam, Hawaii, May 4, 2021. On Oct. 1, 2010, Naval Station Pearl Harbor joined with Hickam Air Force Base to become Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam, Hawaii, to support both Air Force and Navy missions in the Pacific.
