View south east to St Mael and St Sulien's church, Cwm village, Denbighshire, UK, C14th & later church built on a hillside with chancel, nave & baptistery on three different levels. Dedicated to two C6th Breton-Welsh saints (SS Mael & Sulien) & claimed as a site of Christian worship since at least the C7th. hooded tomb of Grace Griffiths née Williams 1642, The hamlet is named for the circular hollow (cwm) on the hillside, it is considered to have been a site of Christian worship since the C7th. The present church, dedicated to two C6th Breton-Welsh missionaries, is mainly C14th & later.
