C ALLOSA Alba—A white flowering variety of dwarf habit; very fine : remains in flower all summer, Goldex-Leaved (Foliis Aureis i—A beau- tiful dwarf plant, vrith golden-yellow foliage. Its keeps its color the'entire season, and creates a very pleasing effect among other shrubs. ' PRrxiEOLiA FLORE PLEXO—A beautiful shrub from Japan, with double-white flowers in May. Eeevesii. or Laxce-Leaved—A charming shrub, with narrow-pointed leaves, and large, round clusters of white flowers, that cover the whole plant. Double Laxced-Leaved—A beautiful double-flowering variety. One of the best. Thuxbergii (Thuxbero's SPiR^Aj—Of dwarf habit, and rounded, graceful form; . branches slender and somewhat drooping : foliage narrow and yellowish-green; flowers small, white, appearing early in spring, being the first Spirea to flower. Esteemed on account of its neat, graceful habit. Forces well in ^vinter. Tax Houtte's (S. Van Houttei i—The most showy of all the Spireas. and one of the very best flowering shrubs in cultivation.
