Venezuelan marches in opposition of Hugo Chavez in Caracas Venezuela.
A Venezuelan in opposition of President Hugo Chavez and a controversial proposed amendment to their National Constitution marches in the streets of Caracas on February 7 2009. In February Chavez celebrates his 10th anniversary in power he is asking Venezuelans to vote February 15th on an amendment to abolish presidential term limits and allow him to run for presidential office indefinitely. Current term limits will force Chavez to leave office in 2012.
