Svalbardrandarhreppur, also named Svalbarðsströnd is a municipality located in northern-central Iceland. Located on the western side of Eyjafjord, Svalbardsstrandarhreppur is situated opposite Akureyri. The main village is Svalbarðseyri. With an area of 55 km it is one of the smallest municipalities in Iceland.
