Flesh deep crimson-pink- Tender ;ind brittle, melting in one's mouth like ice cream, and strange to say, it is AS SWEET AS ICE CEEAM. It IS not good for shipping, because when fully ripe a little jar will crack it to pieces—perfectly marvelous—b u t for the home garden it is the one melon to grow above all others.
