Staff Sgt. Sean Bird (right), a 302nd Airlift Wing reservist assigned to the 302nd Communications Flight, was awarded the 302nd AW NCO of the Fourth Quarter Award by Col. James DeVere, 302nd AW commander, during the Unit Training Assembly, Feb. 12, 2017 here. The other 2016 Fourth Quarter Award winners are: Airman – Senior Airman Douglas Rice, senior NCO – Master Sgt. Jeanette Wilinski, company grade officer – Capt. Katherine Schifani, and field grade officer – Maj. Jami Fernandez.
