Barbican Centre's Comedy & Tragedy sculpture called "Muse" was Commissioned in 1993 by architect Theo Crosby. In 1994, it was created by a British artist called Matthew Spender. This 20 feet () long sculpture was cast in fibreglass and then glided. The sculpture shows a woman, holding tragedy and comedy masks.
