The cat usually wins,because she is the stronger. If the white rat is missing, the cat hunts firstin the wicker basket in which they sleep together,and then in every nook and corner, and sometimesin the cellar or attic, until she finds the rat. Pussy and the white rat have been together nowfor a little over a year, and the cat is thoroughly.
