Defynnog Church of Saint Cynog
St Cynog is a large, irregular-shaped church in a pretty rural location at the edge of the village of Defynnog. It dates from medieval times and is famous for its Celtic Window. Inside there is also an early medieval inscribed stone and a font and stoup both of very early date. The tower has interesting details such as round-headed and camber-headed windows, striking gargoyles, and battlements.
