Conotoxin from Conus mucronatus, molecular model

Conotoxin from Conus mucronatus, molecular model. The image shows a ribbon representation of conotoxin from the deep-grooved cone (Conus micronatus) with some cadmium ions (yellowish). The deep-grooved cone is a sea snail, a marine gastropod mollusc in the family Conidae. These snails are capable of 'stinging' humans.
