SAN ANTONIO – (June 8, 2017) Houston native, Lt. Diana Tran-Yu, Navy City Outreach Southwest Region officer, speaks with middle school girls during SeaPerch Day held at the Ann Barshop Natatorium on the campus of the University of the Incarnate Word as a part of the miniGEMS (Girls in Engineering, Math and Sciences) Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM) Camp. SeaPerch is an innovative underwater robotics program that equips teachers and students with the resources they need to build an underwater ROV in an in-school or out-of-school setting.
