Reportage on herbalists in the Bauges mountain range in Savoie, France. They grow and sell organic aromatic and medicinal plants. The herbalist collects plants from the dryer to extract water from the fresh plants, therefore preserving them and their main active ingredients. Southern wormwood is known to be a dewormer and was used as an insecticide. It was also used as a stimulant, tonic and astringent.
