Hospitalman Third Class Michael Boeji, a corpsman with Black Sea Rotational Force 14, removes an intravenous fluid catheter for IV training from HM3 Michael Fonseca, also a corpsman with BSRF-14, at the battalion aid station in Mihail Kogalniceanu, Romania, Oct. 18, 2013.
