Timmy Smith from Roanoke Rapids, , a electrician with the 567th Rapid Engineer Deployable Heavy Operational Repair Squadron Engineers out of Seymour Johnson Air Force Base, , cuts out the RED HORSE symbol to be left for the children who attend the school here.
