The Coast Guard Cutter Richard Dixon (WPC-1116) interdicted 13 illegal migrants in the Mona Passage, approximately 45 nautical miles northwest of Aguadilla, Puerto Rico Jan. 28, 2020. The interdiction was one of three accomplished by Coast Guard cutters during the week totaling 69 migrants of Dominican Republic nationality.
