Dryosaurus dinosaur, fossil thigh bone, showing the hollow bone structure. This fragmented femur is from Dryosaurus, a fast-running herbivorous dinosaur that lived during the Late Jurassic period, 155 to 140 million years ago. Fossil evidence for this dinosaur has been discovered in Tanzania and the USA. This specimen is part of the collections held at the Natural History Museum, London, UK.
