Craft Shop at Big Tancook island, Nova Scotia, Canada

Wishing Stones Studio & Gallery is located in the old general store building at 151 Southeast Cove Road. Proprietor Hillary Dionne is a full-time island resident and self-taught nature photographer. At Wishing Stones you will find many interesting photos of Tancook Island and vicinity, a small selection of beach glass jewelry and giftware, and a lending library with books, magazines and movies for all ages. Also, the Tancook Island Museum has been moved into the gallery from it’s original location in the building next door. Approximately one mile from the ferry’s berth, Wishing Stones is a charming, interesting and peaceful place to stop as you explore beautiful Tancook Island.
