I have without hesitation placed this species in the genusDisparomitus, Weele ( Collections Zoologiques, Selys, Asca-laphiden, p. 191, 1908), although the saddle-shaped elevationon the dorsum of the first abdominal segment is hardly soconspicuous as in the other species included in the genus.
