Puffin on Skomer Island, Pembrokeshire, Wales. The island is home to many thousands of these charismatic birds which nest in burrows. In summer they are ferrying sand eels back to their chicks (Pufflings) - running the gauntlet of the black backed gulls waiting to harry the food from the puffins.
